Our Wines

These aren't our wines, they are our babies, nurtured with love & made with utmost care

We have three lines of wines - Farha, Kanz and Ward.

Farha is made of a coferment of apples and grapes and comes in still and sparkling versions.

Kanz is a whole cluster red wine made through carbonic maceration and aged in amphora.

Ward is a single varietal Rosé, direct-pressed and aged in neutral oak barrels.

Kanz is a whole cluster, carbonic maceration, still red wine that you drink chilled. It is made of Grenache (60%) and Syrah (40%). It is fermented and stored in amphora. Unfined and unfiltered.

Farha Still is a coferment of 80% Merwah grapes and 20% red delicious apples from the Wadi Annoubine region. The apples were fermented in the stainless steel tanks as whole apples. Unfined and unfiltered. Enjoy this wine chilled!

Ward is a direct-pressed Rosé made of 100% Tempranillo grapes. Ward was fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in neutral oak barrels. Unfined, unfiltered. Enjoy this wine chilled!
