Our Core Values
Women Empowerment
Women are truely superwomen! Women often put themselves last, they try to take on a million tasks whether its nurturing and caring for their kids and partners. They put food on the table, support their partners with the financial burdens and yet they do not have time to sit and complain. They do this with barely any appreciation or recognition.
You don't have to have a nobel peace prize to be a hero. We appreciate and glorify all women and are ever-so-grateful for helping us make our wines. We provide women with equal pay (same as men) because they are normally paid less and we enjoy working together, along-side each other, laughing and sharing stories and experiences!

Equality
We don't label people!
We love people for who they are, you can be any religion, any sect, any gender, any nationality, any class. You can be anything you want to be and we will love and respect you.

Following this mindset has given us the simplicity and satisfaction of seeing people for who they truely are. Simplicity in not over analyzing or judging people falls in line with the simplicity that we try to adopt in our winemaking style.
Keep it clean, keep it simple and have fun with it!

Keep it 100
We like to keep it real, keep it true, be as authentic and transparent as possible.

Our wines are made with minimal intervention. We let nature take its course, let fermentation happen naturally. We believe when its made with love it will reflect in the wine. Each and every bottle carries a certain amount of joy.

We went through many designers to produce the labels. This was one of the hardest part in our whole journey. Nothing touched us, it was too graphic or too unreal. In the end we decided to choose images we took during harvest of real people. They are not photoshopped, not staged, they are authentic, they are real!

Love for the Environment
Our wines are natural wines, made as sustainable and as organic as possible keeping the environment, land and ecosystem healthy. We try to limit carbon footprint by going green in our daily operations. Even with our accounting, nothing is printed, we don't even own a printer!

Our pomace is used to feed goats in the area around the winery.

Due to the economic situation in Lebanon, we do have to try to manage practices in the winery with limited electricity, so we do rely on natural light most of the time. We even do operations by hand like hand-labelling our wines and foot crushing the grapes.
